Hey Friends, do you want to turn your pc to a smart TV that can read your hand gesture and work as you want. So here is, what you want. 

Things required -

1. A PC

2. A Webcam

There is two app for you-

1) Flutter

Flutter app is currently of Google. It works fine for  me. I recommend you to use this first.
