Will banning P*RN sites stop users? VPN , UC BROWSER , OPERA🤔

Jio bans P*rn sites 

Jio blocked many of the p*rn sites yesterday. But does it make people not watching them anymore🤔
Like just think about torrent which is too blocked but still thousands of ways to access them.
And yes people even reported that they can use opera and uc browser to access p*rn on jio even now. And if these fails, then the master key vpn?
The key point is people could still access them whenever they want to.
There are two sides to think about this
First if it is really bad watching p*rn then people should be made aware about it. Its negative impacts and other.
On the other hand we still can see some countries where these things are not banned but still those countries are more developed than us.
May be some users would not access p*rn any more (jio users) but for a major change some more action should be taken.
